A: Except for Alaska and Hawaii, not at the present, although we are working on a program which should allow us to ship to most countries world wide. Q: How long does it take to get my items? A: All product is presently being shipped from southern California via USPS Priority Mail, please refer to our Shipping Page for a map of the USA and estimates of delivery times. Q: How much are the shipping costs? A: Shipping costs primarily depends on the total weight of the items purchased and the packing and shipping container plus USPS Priority Mail service with tracing. Q: Can you send me the tracing number? A: Yes, your tracing number will be e-mailed to you. Q: Do you sell items that have been returned? A: No, these items are generally, if the item is in ‘new condition’, it will be used as a promotional gift. If the item is defective in anyway, it is returned to the manufacturer for credit. Q: Will you send me any SPAM or rent out or sell my e-mail address if I become a customer and purchase product from you? A: No. We do not rent or sell e-mail addresses.
